Andrew
has over 20
years experience performing on the Philadelphia music scene.
He received his first exposure to playing on stage with his first band in
1985
at the age of 15.Since then Andrew has performed with many
groundbreaking
original acts such as Rorschach, The Mighty Pudge, SeeLevel, and Sonic Girl.
Blending elements of progressive metal, rock, blues, funk, and fusion,
Andrew's
unique approach to the guitar has earned him respect
amongst his peers, while
garnering praise from critics in the US and abroad.
Although writing and performing original music provided a challenge, in the
early 90?s Andrew decided to continue seeking new and
exciting performance
avenues. He began working with some of the area's finest cover bands,
including
The Lost Boys, and Riding Red's Hood (with former members of The Modern
Rockets). This new avenue provided Andrew with an
opportunity to bring his
distinctive playing style to a wider audience while doing what he loves
best:
entertaining fans of live music!
In June 2007 Andrew assumed the lead guitar
role in Wicked Cricket. Andrew's
commanding style and proven versatility has been a perfect match for Wicked
Crickets powerful sound and increasingly diverse set list.
